Funding Application Forms for Municipalities and Recycling Authorities

Quarterly Funding Application Forms for both milk jugs and cartons are due on the following dates to qualify for the $100 timely filing incentive ($100 x 4 submissions = $400)!

  • October 31, 2008
  • January 31, 2009
  • April 30, 2009
  • July 31, 2009

If you are part of the Rack and Bag system, there is no action required on your part.

Remember, you need to file even if you have not shipped any cartons or jugs in order to receive the timely filing incentive.
