Each year, the ADC Milk Container Recycling Program's communication and education (C&E) campaign takes on the challenge of increasing the recovery rate of empty milk jugs and cartons through an effective advertising campaign consisting of well-crafted messages delivered to targeted audiences through a broad range of media.
